Membership
We offer membership at various tiers, including free and paid options. Specific tier details are displayed on the membership page.
- Paid memberships renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen plan.
- You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
- No refunds are issued on membership fees. You will retain access until the end of your paid billing period.
Booking and Cancellation Policy
When you book a class or session, you agree to our booking terms:
- Classes and sessions are subject to availability.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes if necessary. If we cancel, you will be notified and offered an alternative time or refund.

Content Access
The video library and course materials are made available to members based on their membership tier. Access restrictions are enforced according to your plan.
Use Restrictions: All content is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, download, distribute, share, or reproduce any content without express written permission from Eoin Kerrigan.

Important: Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by this clause.
To the extent permitted by law, Yoga with Eoin is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Consumer Rights and Cooling-Off Period
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a digital service purchase.
Exception: If you request immediate access to video content or online classes at the time of purchase, you waive this right. We will ask for your explicit consent to this waiver before completing your purchase.
To exercise your withdrawal right, contact us at yoga@eoinkerrigan.co.uk within 14 days of purchase.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
