About Eoin

Everybody starts somewhere.
Eoin Kerrigan is a movement teacher and yoga instructor based in Folkestone, Kent, offering private coaching and small group classes focused on breath, awareness, and embodied practice.
With a background that spans martial arts, movement disciplines, and contemplative practices, Eoin brings a unique and integrated approach to teaching. He is a black belt in Aikido and has studied Qi Gong, gymnastics, ballet, and yoga. His work also draws on insights from NLP and hypnosis, supporting students not only in how they move, but in how they relate to their thoughts, habits, and nervous system.
Eoin's teaching centres on a simple principle: when the breath becomes calm, the mind becomes clear. From that clarity comes better decisions, greater resilience, and a deeper connection to oneself.
His classes blend yoga postures, breathwork, mobility training, and mindful movement with influences from martial arts and somatic practice. The aim is not perfection or performance, but awareness — learning to listen to the body and move with intelligence and kindness.
